Who we are

This website, emulabvc.ai, is operated by Emulab VC ("we", "us"). For any question about personal data on this site, contact [email protected].

What we collect

Demo enquiries. When you submit the book-a-demo form, we collect the information you provide: name, organisation, role, email address, and your message. Submission requires your explicit consent (a checkbox that is never pre-ticked).

Analytics — only with consent. If, and only if, you accept the analytics notice, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate interest in the site (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). IP anonymisation is enabled. If you decline, no analytics run at all. You can change your choice at any time via "Analytics preferences" in the footer.

Hosting logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and requested URL) for security and operations.

Why we collect it

Enquiry data is used solely to respond to you and arrange the demo or conversation you requested. Consent-based analytics are used solely to understand aggregate interest in Emulab ahead of launch. We do not sell personal data, run advertising trackers, or use profiling on this site.

Consent and withdrawal (PDPA)

We collect, use, and disclose personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form or accepting analytics. You may withdraw consent at any time — email [email protected] for enquiry data, or use the footer's "Analytics preferences" for analytics — and we will stop the corresponding collection and use.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept only for as long as needed for the purpose they were provided — responding to you and any conversation that follows — and are reviewed at least every 12 months, after which records no longer needed are deleted.

Third parties we rely on

These providers may process data outside Singapore. Where they do, we rely on their published safeguards and process only the minimum data described above.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction of, personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent as described above. Write to [email protected] and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
